Garages are usually the point where a property owner stops procrastinating. The roof is going, a wall is bowing, the door has not worked in years, or you want the space back for a bigger build, a driveway, or just open yard. Once it is bad enough to be a hazard, it stops being something to deal with next spring.

We take down wood-frame and block garages, detached and attached. Attached takes more care, because the wall where it met the house has to be closed up properly instead of left open to the weather. We will walk that part with you before we start so you know exactly what the house is going to look like when the garage is gone.

A garage makes a lot of debris. Framing, siding, roofing, drywall, the overhead door and its hardware, and usually whatever has been stored in there for a decade. All of it is our problem, not yours. We sort the metal out, load the rest, and haul it off in as many trips as it takes.

If you want the concrete slab or the footings out too, say so at the walk-through rather than after. Pulling a slab is a different scope than dropping the structure, and it changes both the equipment and the price. It is a much easier conversation before the quote than halfway through the job.

You do not need to empty it first. If the garage is still full, we will clear it out as part of the job. That is the same work as a garage cleanout, just with the building coming down afterward.
