Size and construction
A wood-frame shed comes apart very differently than a block garage or a poured concrete pool. Material and square footage drive most of the price.
How much debris it makes
Demolition pricing is mostly a volume and weight question. A structure that fills one trailer costs less to clear than one that fills four.
Access
If we can back a truck and trailer right up to it, the job moves fast. Tight backyards, fences we have to work around, and long carries add time.
What has to come out first
Utilities that need disconnecting, anything still stored inside, or a slab or footing you want removed along with the structure.
Disposal
Dump and landfill fees vary by material. Clean wood, shingles, concrete and mixed debris are not all charged the same.

Small jobs can often happen same day or next day. Larger tear-downs get scheduled around utility disconnects and however many trailer loads the job will take.
